Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Register application

Use this form only if you are an association of individuals wishing to apply for entry on the register.

Any person wishing to apply as an individual (including as a member of a couple or household) will need to use the separate form provided.

Please complete all required elements of the appropriate application form to assist your application.

Whilst information about your preferences is not a requirement, providing it will help us to promote opportunities for self and custom building in Craven.

Your personal details are required for the purposes of registration and so that we can contact you, if necessary, in relation to this. We will not use your personal details for any other purpose without your consent.

Declaration of eligibility.

Please tick all true statements. All statements must be true to be eligible and ticked accordingly.

Every member of the association is aged 18 or older

Every member of the association is a British citizen, a national of a EEA State other than the United Kingdom, or a national of Switzerland

Every member of the association is seeking (either alone or with others) to acquire a serviced plot of land in the Craven area outside the Yorkshire Dales National Park to build a house to occupy as that individual's sole or main residence
